Big size and practical hotel unit with aircon.

The rooms were clean and looked new, with daily cleaning and fresh towels. 24/7 reception available. Metro station across the hotel with markets and restaurants nearby. Convenient location to visit attractions. Free and...  

The hotel is directly across the street from the Balard metro station (at the end of line 8). Getting around the city via the metro was very convenient. We got stranded in Paris for 4 extra days due to flight cancellations...  

The hotel is very convenient for the Paris Expo site at Porte de Versailles (two stops on the tram) and is located right outside the Balard metro station.

Relatively basic, functional rooms, don't expect luxury. Overpriced.

Clean, well presented rooms. Reasonable price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Convenient location near metro, markets, and restaurants. Renovated and spacious rooms. Good parking facilities. 24/7 reception for assistance...  

Directly opposite of the Metro, great to get in the center. SOme bars and restaurants are just behind the hotel. You could use them for breakfast but the Bakery is the best Choice of course....  

Just 1 minute's walk from Balard station (although the last stop on the line i.e. far from central Paris, but trains go quickly). Value for money, quiet area so you won't get loud street noise at night. Nice bathroom and...  

The staff at the reception desk were professional and genuinely helpful. The hotel offers modern accommodation with ikea style furnishings in the compact rooms. The restaurant was good, with the exception of breakfast....  

Reception staff were polite and spoken english language was reasonable. Although quite far from key attractions. there is a metro station across the road of the hotel making getting about quite easy.

Bedrooms very dark, not enough lighting. Disappointed that there was no facilities to make tea or coffee. Only fizzy drinks/ bottled water in mini bar, at an additional cost. Hotel appears to advertise Double Room - Large Bed which gives the impression that the bed maybe queen or king size but found that the bed was standard double. Also the bedroom was very small with little room to move about.

Very very close to the metro station, only 30s walking distance

Somehow the staff are too cool.....

Great affordable and well-priced hotel in Paris with really helpful staff at the reception desk. A wide range of cheap options for meals. - Ideal setting in a calm area, not far from the metro, tram, subway entrance, Metro,...  

The welcome was very warm and friendly

The window was held closed by screws and nails - but was not soundproof. The parking was difficult to get to - same entry and exit 1 car width lane. The dining area looked like a very cheap canteen

Good sized and compact rooms, thematically designed in the modern style. The bed was extremely comfy and the breakfast was great. Location so close to Close to metro, and the tourist sights. Early check-in,...  

The staff at the hotel were amazing! They were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. the location of the hotel was great too, with easy access to public transportation....  

I have booked a trippel room but it was just a double room with a fold up bed, no room to move. The aircon didn't work good enough for 3 people.
